The MP of the Democratic Party, Chrysanthos Savvides, submitted through the House of Representatives to the Deputy Ministry of Tourism, questions regarding the creation of the Marina in the Potima area of the Pafos district.
Mr. Savvides invites the Deputy Minister of Tourism to inform the House of Representatives at what stage of implementation the creation of Pafos Marina is and what is the timetable for the work of this project.
The new intervention and reinstatement of the issue in Parliament follows the emerging new delays in the progress of the preparatory works for the final start of the works, given that the competent state bodies had informed the president of the Pafos Chamber of Commerce, George May, that developments would be launched in July. The de facto new difficulty of the state in confirming its assurances increases once again the concerns in Pafos about the whole process.
