Inconvenience of passengers at Larnaka airport, due to spontaneous work stoppage of the employees of the ground handling company Gold air.
About 50-60 workers stopped working between 11 and 1 p.m., protesting their working conditions due to understaffing.
Due to the strike, flights served by this company were affected and long queues were created.
The workers, after the intervention of the trade unions, which began consultations with the company, returned to work.
According to Hermes Airports, 9 arrivals and 9 departures were affected.
