A visibly improved aesthetic and functional image during the evening hours has been displayed in recent days by the Castle and its square area, in the harbour of Kato Paphos, after the installation of new lighting fixtures on the monument.
The improvement is an initiative of the Pafos Municipality, following the complaints of the previous months about the lack of lighting of the monument.
Now the Castle and the surrounding area are well lit and the medieval monument itself is well displayed during the night hours, at a time when tourism has begun to flood the city for good.
