THE NEW ROUTES OF CYPRUS AIRWAYS

Cyprus Airways announced a 558% increase in passenger transport and a 325% year-on-year increase in flights in March this year, which in the same month improved its load factor by 22%.

More specifically, the company carried 25,899 passengers in March this year, compared to 3,937 in March 2022, while compared to March 2019, before the start of the pandemic, the company carried 19% more passengers.

The airline launched its summer flight schedule, which will culminate in 18 destinations with more than 60 return flights a week, offering more than half a million seats on sale this summer.

A few days ago, it started operating routes to new destinations, namely Dubai and Cairo, and next month it will expand its connectivity by operating routes to the European hubs of Milan, Zurich, Prague and Basel with multiple weekly routes. Cyprus Airways operates one fleet of Airbus A319 aircraft and two Airbus A320s, which currently operate on a network of seven scheduled destinations to Athens, Thessaloniki, Heraklion, Beirut, Tel Aviv, Yerevan and Rhodes.
