According to the data, the Limassol District recorded the most sales of luxury residences, a total of 39, compared to 15 in Paphos and 9 in Nicosia.
In value, the highest average selling price was recorded in Paphos District with €2.17m, 14% higher than Limassol at €1.90m. and almost double that of Nicosia, which stood at €1.22 million.
Data from LandBank Real Estate Analytics shows that homes aged 11 to 20 are the most in demand, with a total of 27 homes sold, followed by those between 1 and 10 years old, when 15 homes were sold. In relation to homes from 21-30 years old, 10 sales were recorded and from 31 years and over 11 sales.
As expected, the highest average sale price was recorded by homes aged one to 10 years with €2.5 million. This was followed by homes aged 21 to 30 with an average sale price of €2.05 million, from 11 to 20 years old with €1.65 million. and finally, homes aged 31 and over with an average sale price of €1.28 million.
