Three minors were arrested today by the Police on suspicion of firing high-power firecrackers in Tala, which caused major damage to public facilities in the community.
According to the Police, these are people from the community, aged 14, 15 and 16 respectively, who were transferred to the Paphos Police Department and interrogated, and then released until instructions were given by the Legal Service for the further handling of the case due to their age.
The three are suspected of involvement in the case of damage to the public toilet site on Ayias Aikaterinis Street, in Tala, caused by the firing of high-powered firecrackers on Sunday night.
