The roads leading to Troodos were opened on Saturday morning, which were closed from 19:00 on Friday night, due to heavy snowfall and snow accumulation on the roadway.
According to the Police, the roads are open for vehicles with 4-wheel drive or equipped with anti-skid chains

Open roads for all vehicles but slippery due to snow and frost

In the remaining areas and especially on the main roads, there is no problem that seriously affects traffic.
It is noted that due to the prevailing winter conditions, the situation on the road network is changing. The public is urged as before their movements, they are informed about the condition of the roads through the announcements released by the Police.
