Two well-known tourist villages in Ayia Napa and Paphos, which belong to the portfolio of Gordian Holdings, entered an electronic auction.
The first property is a tourist village, known as "Callisto Holiday Village", for which the initial sale price was set at €58 million. It is located a few steps away from the beach, Nissi Avenue and the MUSAN Underwater Sculpture Museum. The tourist village consists of 260 rooms (studios and one-bedroom apartments). It has 2 restaurants & 2 bars, 3 swimming pools, a wellness centre, a multipurpose court, parking and other facilities. It is located on a land area of 45,114 sq.m.
The second property for which the initial sale price was set at €17 million. it concerns the tourist village, known as "Aqua Sol Holiday Village". It is located 500 meters from the center of Coral Bay and has direct access to the beach. It consists of 149 apartments (75 studios and 74 one-bedroom) developed in 22 blocks. In addition, it benefits from a waterpark, two restaurants, a bar, gym, sauna, 2 outdoor pools, an indoor pool, a tennis court and much more. The accommodation was renovated in 2017 and is located on a land area of 27,258 sq.m.
