A 19-year-old is being questioned as part of an investigation into a case involving the Explosives Law.
As part of the investigation of the case, 200 cardboard boxes were seized, containing a total of 6,000 firecrackers.
Examinations that followed by members of the Pyrotechnicians Branch revealed that these are pyrotechnic articles, the import, possession and use of which is prohibited.
The Pera Chorio Police Station continues the examinations.
