AMONG THE COUNTRIES WITH THE SHORTEST LIFE EXPECTANCY IN THE WORLD - CYPRUS and the UK

Among the countries with the shortest life expectancy in the world is Cyprus according to a survey conducted by NiceRx. At the same time, Cyprus ranks 29th in terms of per capita healthcare expenditure.

Specifically, Cyprus is in the 9th worst position, with the life expectancy of men amounting to 79.55 years and of women to 83.45 years. The average life expectancy in Cyprus is 81.51 years.

In detail, the shortest life expectancy (as shown in the table) is Latvia, followed by Romania, Slovakia, the United Arab Emirates, the United States, Estonia, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Cyprus and the United Kingdom.

Hong Kong has the highest life expectancy (85.29 years on average) and Japan, Switzerland, Singapore, Italy, Spain, Australia, Iceland, South Korea and Israel complete the top ten.
