Continuing the great undertaking undertaken in the last seven years in collaboration with the Ministry of Interior for the repair and beautification of Turkish Cypriot property of premises both in the Mouttalou District and in the historic centre of Paphos, the Municipality of Paphos is currently reconstructing three buildings on Fellahoglou, Aphrodite and Namik Kemal streets.

The relevant contract was signed at the beginning of the month at the Paphos Municipal Hall by the Mayor Phaedon Phedonos and a representative of the contractor for an amount of approximately €47,000.

The object of the contract is the construction of a foundation, columns and roof in one of the three buildings, while the contractor will proceed with the construction of a roof in the other two. The project, which will be funded by the Property Management Service of the Ministry of Interior, is expected to be completed within three months from the start of the works.
