White smoke came out of the meeting of EU energy ministers in Brussels with the cap set at €180 per megawatt hour for TTF derivatives.
As reported by foreign agencies, the cap will take effect from February 15.
EU energy ministers also agreed that the cap would not initially apply to over-the-counter transactions.
