Private tree owners are urged to obtain in advance, the necessary logging and transport permits and to present them when requested by Officers of the Department of Forests for inspection. At the same time, before transporting the trees from the logging sites, they should take care of their sealing, at the bottom (cross-section) with a seal of the Department of Forests, from the nearest forest station.
