In a fatal road collision that occurred yesterday afternoonon on Chlorakas Avenue in Paphos, Richard Flower, 60 years old from the United Kingdom, a former resident of Paphos, lost his life.
The road collision occurred around 6.30 in the afternoon, when under circumstances that are being investigated, a car driven on the above avenue by a 75-year-old man, dragged and fatally injured the 60-year-old, who at that time was trying to cross the road.
As part of an investigation into the causes of the fatal road collision, the Police proceeded on the basis of a court warrant to arrest the 75-year-old driver.
The Paphos Traffic Police continues the examinations.
