The Ministry of Health informs the consumer public that the Health Services of the Ministry, in the context of the official controls they carry out on the market, have sampled the following products, in which, after laboratory tests in the accredited laboratories of the General Chemical State Laboratory, celery was detected, without this being indicated in the list of ingredients, in violation of the provisions of the current legislation on food labelling.
Celery is among the allergenic substances and can cause health problems, such as an allergic reaction, in people who are allergic to it.
