PAPHOS - PRESIDENT ANASTASIADES WILL HAVE A FULL DAY IN THE AREA ON 27 OCTOBER

A full-day visit to Paphos is being made on Thursday, October 27, by the President of the Republic Nikos Anastasiades, according to a written statement by the Director of the Press Office, Andreas Iosif.

The President will inaugurate the first phase of the northern Geroskipou bypass, the renovated archaeological museum of the Pafos district, the Paphos Municipal Market, which was renovated and restored, as well as Fellahoglou Street and the two adjacent parking lots, where improvement works were carried out.

The President of the Republic will also inaugurate the project for the unification of the archaeological sites of Kato Pafos as well as the project for the regeneration and promotion of the fishing village in Kato Paphos.

At 6 pm, according to the written statement, he will lay the foundation stone of the building of the School of Tourism, Hospitality and Entrepreneurship Management of the CUT and will be followed by an event at the 28th October Square, in which President Anastasiades will be a speaker.

On Wednesday, October 26, at 09:30, the Council of Ministers will meet. On the same day at 11:00 President Anastasiades will receive the annual report of CERA.

On October 28, the day of the national anniversary, President Anastasiades will attend the doxology that will be held at the Cathedral of Apostle Varnava in Nicosia. He will then receive the greeting of the student parade, which will take place in front of the Greek Embassy in Nicosia.
