New problems on Facebook are reported by the users of the application as their homepage does not show the usual posts.
The problem reports began to appear on Down Detector—a website used to report outages—around 6:30 this morning.
20% of users have reported issues with the app, 73% with streaming, and 7% with the site in general, according to the WandsWorth Times. The problem, as users report in... Twitter, is that the homepage does not display posts from friends, but- seemingly- random posts from pages.
One user wrote, "Facebook is down or what's going on anyway? Was he hacked?" However, Facebook has not confirmed any problems, so far, and there is no evidence to suggest that it has been hacked.
According to Twitter reports, however, the issue appears to be affecting people around the world as it displays various pages on its homepage Of Facebook.
