The Ministry of Health announces that according to data recorded by the Health Monitoring Unit, by Monday, July 11, full vaccination rates (two doses of an approved vaccine) of 86% were recorded for the adult population, with 87.5% having received at least one dose of the vaccine.
By age group, the rate of full vaccination is as follows:
10.2% for the age group 5-11 years,
49.5% for the 12-15 age group, 60% for the 16-17 age group,
and 71.9% for the 18-19 age group.
65.5% of the general population over 18 were administered with a 3rd/booster dose, while the corresponding percentage for 4th dose is 4.2% of the general adult population, and 14.9% for people over 60 years of age.
