Inflation in Cyprus at 10.6% in July, while inflation in the eurozone in general rose again in July, to 8.9% from 8.6% in June, according to initial estimates.
In Cyprus, the percentage stood at 10/06% from 9% in June.
Once again, Estonia (22.7%) and Latvia (21%) were the highest values, followed by Lithuania with 20.8%.
Energy has the largest contribution to price formation (up 39.7% from +42% in June), followed by the food, alcohol and tobacco sector (9.8% from 8.9% in June), non-energy industrial goods (4.5% from June's 4.3%) and services (3.7% from 3.4% in June).
