Within a residential area, with the speed limit being 50 kilometres, a female driver developed a speed of 129 kilometres. This was spotted by a patrol on the Paphos-Polis Chrysochous road at midnight Saturday to Sunday.
The female 'rally driver' was spotted by Goudi driving, developing the dizzying speed of 129 kilometres. And not only that, but when the members of the Paphos Police stopped the vehicle for inspection, they found that in addition the 48-year-old was driving without insurance, without a registration certificate, and without a safety certificate.
After being arrested, she was taken to the police station and charged in writing with being released in order to be summoned to court later.
