An upcoming upgrade to Hellenic Bank's systems may cause interruptions in some of its services.
Specifically, in its announcement, the bank states that on Saturday 02/072022 from 22:00 to Sunday 03/07/2022 at 12:00 noon will upgrade its systems. Therefore, the following systems of the bank may experience interruptions:
- Web Banking
- Hellenic Bank Mobile App
- ATM
Hellenic urges its customers to schedule their transactions in a timely manner.
