In a protest outside the Asylum Service in the Centre of Nicosia, a group of young Africans living in Cyprus and are waiting for their applications to be examined by the Competent Authorities to receive international protection descended.
Early in the afternoon, the group of young Africans gathered on Makarios III Avenue, where the offices of the Asylum Service are housed, expressing their demands for equality and the right to work.
