Pancyprian traffic checks for the use of seat belts were carried out by the Police, recording 394 complaints, with the highest percentage recorded in Limassol.
The aim of the campaign was to raise awareness among car drivers and passengers of the use of a seat belt through policing.
The ultimate goal is to reduce serious and fatal injuries in road collisions.
