The CySEC is expanding the health services provided at the Polis Chrysochous Hospital, as stated in a statement, noting that the upgrading of the hospitals and, by extension, the health services provided to all patients without exception, is a priority for the Organization.
As mentioned, in the context of the wider planning and listening to the needs of the citizens of the region, the CySEC proceeded to a series of actions and actions aimed at strengthening and expanding the services provided at the Polis Chrysochous Hospital.
Two more doctors were added to the staff of the Accident and Emergency Department (TAEP), completing the staffing of the Department, which is supported by the already existing Ambulance Service of the Organization.
In addition, the services of the outpatient clinics provided at Polis Chrysochous Hospital are a Pathologist every Tuesday, between 7:30 and 15:00. Also An Orthopaedist doctor twice a month, every 2nd Wednesday between, 7:30 and 15:00. Ophthalmologist doctor twice a month, every 2nd Wednesday, between 7:30 and 15:00. Even a Psychiatrist doctor twice a month, 1st and 3rd Tuesday, between 7:30 and 15:00.
As stated in its announcement, the CSO, the additional services contribute substantially to the better service of the citizens of the region.
He also points out that for appointments patients can call 26821817 from 7:30 to 14:00.
He adds that with the primary goal of continuously improving the services offered to our fellow citizens, the CySEC continuously invests in infrastructure and equipment, human resources, education and research.
