As part of efforts to strengthen the immunity of groups of the population most vulnerable to severe disease, the Ministry of Health informs that as of Monday, April 11, 2022, the 4th dose of vaccine will be administered through the walk-in vaccination centres operating in all provinces:
- persons over 70 years of age,
- persons of any age who live or work in nursing homes and closed structures,
- in immunodeficient and immunosuppressed patients,
provided that the period of five (5) months has elapsed since the reception of the strengthening/3rd dose.
For the administration of a booster/4th dose to persons over 70 years of age, an identification document (ID card, passport) and the vaccination card must be presented.
Inadequate and immunosuppressed patients will be informed by the Ministry of Health about the arrangement of an appointment for vaccination, or may come to the vaccination centres of free access (walk in) by submitting a medical certificate from a Specialist Doctor.
Taking the booster/4th dose of vaccine is optional.
Hours of vaccination centres (walk in)
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00am – 3pm
- Wednesday: 8:00a.m – 6pm
- Saturday: 8:00a.m – 1pm
