PROTEST OUTSIDE THE RUSSIAN EMBASSY

A peaceful demonstration of solidarity with Ukraine was held on Sunday afternoon by Ukrainian nationals and activists outside the Russian Embassy in Nicosia.

This event was preceded yesterday by a march by Russian citizens and Cypriots in Larnaca in support of the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

This event, organized by the Coordinating Council of Russian Compatriots of Cyprus, provoked strong reactions from many people.
