DUST IN THE ATMOSPHERE TODAY - WARM THREE DAYS ON THEIR WAY

Salty dust will be observed in the atmosphere today, while gradually the temperature will rise to hover above the normal level for the season.

In detail, the weather report:

Weak high pressure affects the area.

Today the weather will become mostly cloudy with medium and high clouds that at noon and in the afternoon are likely to give isolated light rains. Sparse dust will be observed in the atmosphere, with concentrations mostly limited to upper layers. Winds will blow mainly northeast to southeast to moderate 3 to 4 and transient in the afternoon to the southwest as well as locally to the north coast to strong, 4 to 5 Beaufort. The sea will generally be a little turbulent. The temperature will rise to around 21 degrees in the interior and the coast and around 12 degrees in the higher mountains.

Tonight there will be temporarily increased average clouds. Winds will blow mainly northwest to northeast, weak 3 and initially to moderate, 3 to 4 Beaufort. The sea will be up a little turbulent. The temperature will drop to around 6 degrees in the interior, around 8 degrees on the coast and around 5 degrees in the higher mountains.

On Wednesday the weather will be clear, while on Thursday and Friday there will be temporarily increased, mainly high, clouds. During the three days there will be sparse dust in the atmosphere intermittently.

The temperature will gradually rise significantly by Fridayto hover well above the average climatic values.

The height of the snow in Troodos Square, at the time of issue of the bulletin, was 30 centimetres.
