COVID-19 - HOSPITALISATION DATA BASED ON VACCINATION HISTORY

In the context of efforts to enhance transparency and proper information of citizens, the Ministry of Health sent the hospitalization data in relation to their vaccination history.

The following data of hospitalized patients are until March 23, 2022 and do not include post COVID patients who are still hospitalized.

According to the announcement, from the following data, it appears that the risk of hospitalisation of people without a history of vaccination is from 6 to 25 times greater compared to people who have a history of vaccination.

*Partially vaccinated are those who had received the first dose of the dosing vaccine, those who had received the two doses and 14 days have not elapsed since the second dose, those who had taken the JJ and no 14-day period has elapsed, as well as those who had received two doses and 5 months have elapsed since the second dose and have not proceeded with the booster dose.

**Fully vaccinated are those who have received both doses of didsing vaccine and 14 days have elapsed since the second dose, as well as 150 days have not elapsed since the second dose (the same applies to the single-dose JJ).
