After coordinated actions of the competent bodies, the first major agreement for the transfer of offices maintained by an American tech giant from Kiev, Ukraine and St. Petersburg of Russia to Cyprus, was finalised.  This is with Wrike that specializes in project management through its software.

According to insider's exclusive information, the company has already transferred 150 people from its staff in the two countries, while expecting about another 150 people in the coming days.

At the moment, according to reliable sources, its staff is staying in hotels in Cyprus pending the space and the province that will house the company as no final decisions have been taken.

The tools that Wrike uses and made it stand out from the competition are:

  • time tracking
  • Project Planning
  • Project organization
  • Interactive timeline
  • Communications
  • Online collaboration tools

Today there are companies like Airbnb, HootSuite and TGI Fridays that manage parts of their operations with Wrike.

Wrike was founded in 2006 by Andrew Filev. Filev initially self-financed the company before later receiving funding from investors. In January 2021, Citrix Systems announced its intention to acquire Wrike for $2.25 billion. The acquisition closed in March 2021.

Wrike project management software is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product that allows its users to manage and track projects, deadlines, schedules, and other workflow processes.

It also allows users to collaborate with each other. The app is available in English, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Italian, Japanese and Russian. Since 2016, it has been used by more than 12,000 companies
