The Ministry of Health informs that the opening hours of the Vaccination Centres against the COVID-19 disease are changed from Monday, February 7, 2022 as follows:
1) Walk-in vaccination centres in all provinces will be open from 8:00am to 4:00pm for Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
2) Every Wednesday the Vaccination Centres walk-in in all provinces will continue to operate in the afternoon from 8:00pm – 6:00pm.
3) Every Saturday the Vaccination Centres walk-in in all provinces will be open from 8:00am – 2:00pm.
It is reminded that citizens can receive the vaccine of their choice from the vaccination centres of free attendance walk-in or through the arrangement of an appointment from the Electronic Vaccination Portal.
More specifically:
- Every Monday the Moderna vaccine will be available on the walk-ins
- Every Tuesday the Pfizer vaccine will be available on the walk-ins
- Every Wednesday at walk-in from 8:00am – 3:00pm the Pfizer vaccine will be available and from 3:00pm – 6:00pm the Moderna vaccine will be available
- Every Thursday the Pfizer vaccine will be available on the walk-ins
- Every Friday the J&J and Moderna vaccines will be available on the walk-ins
- Every Saturday the Moderna and Pfizer vaccines will be available at the walk-in centers.
- The AstraZeneca vaccine will only be available every Wednesday for the administration of a 2nd dose, in all walk-in vaccination centres or through appointment arrangements.
3) As far as vaccines for children aged 5-11 years are concerned, every Wednesday from February 9, 2022, vaccinations will also be carried out in children who are not registered in the GHS, from 8:00am to 2:00pm, following a telephone communication between the parent/guardian and the corresponding Vaccination Center (Mother and Child Protection Center - CMP) in all provinces.
It is noted that the Vaccination Centre of Polis Chrysochous (KMP) will offer this service every Friday and the Kyperounta Vaccination Centre (CMP) every Monday afternoon (a relevant Table is attached). It is clarified that the Consent Form, Passport, Identity Card, ARC is required.
