Relatively high pressure affects the area. The height of the snow in Troodos Square, at the time of issue of the bulletin, was 66 centimetres.
Today, there will be increased cloudiness which is expected to give some areas isolated rains and the highest peaks of Troodos snow or sleet. The temperature will rise to around 17 degrees in the interior, south and east coasts, around 16 degrees in the west and north coasts and around 5 degrees in the higher mountains.
Tonight, the weather will gradually become mostly fair. During the early morning hours, locally, mainly in the eastern half of the island, sparse fog or low clouds may form. The temperature will drop to around 6 degrees in the interior, around 9 degrees in the south and east coasts, around 10 degrees in the west and north coasts and around zero in the higher mountains, where frost is expected to form.
On Wednesday, the weather will be mostly clear but at times there will be increased cloudiness. On Thursday, there will be increased high or medium clouds, while on Friday the weather will be mostly clear. On Friday, sparse dust may be observed in the atmosphere.
The temperature is not expected to change significantly until Thursday, to hover around the average climatic values, while on Friday a slight rise is expected to hover just above the average climatic values.
