A well-established scheme against Cypriot consumers set up for some time by an unknown person who maintains a social media page under the name "Kymberly's_fashion" but also a website under the name ALL LUXURY FOR HER, which advertises for sale a specific brand of sports shoes. The whole scheme was even set up with a declared address of the building "House of the Police" on Anexartisias Street.
The Consumer Protection Service, as stated in yesterday's announcement, received complaints from consumers, who as they mentioned, although they paid the relevant price, the products they received did not correspond to the characteristics of those advertised. In fact, despite their efforts to contact the online business, it has never been possible to locate the owner of the page or a person.
A little research of "F" on this website led us to yet another discovery. On the website under the name ALL LUXURY FOR HER, the address is listed as an Anexartisias Street with the number 35! We visited this particular premises with the number 35 and what we found is that this building houses the new police station of the city, the "House of police". In fact, in the same building, on the first floor, there are also the offices of academics of a specific faculty. To confirm what we discovered, we asked the owners of adjacent premises and the members of the Force themselves who work in the "House of police".
It should be noted that in an application of this website for the location of the store, Google Baps refers us to another point in Anexartisias which is declared as a parking space. It is worth mentioning that the contact number listed on the website is Greek, which we called, with the answering machine informing us that the number is blocked to incoming calls.
It should be noted that the Consumer Protection Service in a statement invites consumers to be particularly careful and avoid transactions with this website or pages with the same name on social media. It also advises consumers, as under no circumstances should they make purchases from traders whose only information they provide is a mobile phone number or an e-mail address.
