As part of the efforts of the Ministry of Health to better serve citizens for vaccination against the COVID-19 disease, the Ministry of Health informs that it has proceeded with the differentiation of the Vaccination Plan and citizens from Monday, January 17, 2022, will be able to receive the vaccine of their choice from the free-to-go vaccination centres walk in or through the arrangement of an appointment from the Electronic Vaccination Portal.
In a statement, it is stressed that the Ministry of Health has proceeded to further increase the number of daily appointments.
Specifically:
- Every Monday at the walk in the vaccine Moderna will be available
- Every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday at the walk in the Pfizer vaccine will be available
- Every Friday at the walk ins will be available the vaccines J&J and Moderna
- Moderna and Pfizer vaccines will be available every Saturday at the walk-in centres.
- AstraZeneca's vaccine will only be available every Wednesday at all walk-in vaccination centres or through appointment arrangement
It is emphasized that the Vaccination Centre of Linopetra will operate only with scheduled appointments (Increase of scheduled appointments).
It is recalled that the opening hours of the Vaccination Centres in all provinces are from 8 am to 6 pm, except for the Health Centres in Latsia and Linopetra which operate until 3 pm (The Latsia Health Centre serves only children aged 5-11 years).
