Five other persons were detained from Christmas Eve until today for a case of impersonation and illegal stay on the territory of the Republic in Paphos, after appearing at Paphos airport in order to travel to European countries as EU citizens.
The almost daily parade of African "Europeans" at the airport has become the number one problem for the security authorities, since according to the Paphos Police, women and men of sub-Saharan African descent now appear on every flight from Paphos airport to France.
In fact, according to the same sources, the problem is growing, despite the constant arrests and bringing these people to justice, given that it is now a fact that there is a channel of continuous flow of African citizens from the occupied territories to the free areas with the aim of leaving Paphos for France and Belgium for the most part.
