Closed due to frost and landslides the road Kakopetria – Spilia.
The Police issued a relevant briefing on the incident recommending caution to drivers.
Meanwhile, the roads leading to Troodos (Platres – Troodos, Karvounia – Troodos and Prodromos – Troodos), as well as the roads Pedoulas – Prodromos, Kakopetria – Karvounia and Pedoulas – PINEWOOD – Kakopetrias, are open ONLY for vehicles equipped with snow chains or with four-wheel drive, due to frost.
Drivers are urged to be extra careful, drive at low speeds and keep a safe distance from vehicles in front.
