The issuance of recreational fishing licenses for the year 2022 has begun, the Department of Fisheries and Marine Research (TBF) of the Ministry of Agriculture, Rural Development and Environment announced on Thursday.
In a statement, the Department of Fisheries and Marine Research says the permits concern an amateur fishing license with a boat, an amateur fishing license with snorkelling, an amateur fishing license with a rod in the Dams and an amateur fishing license with fishing using fishing traps.
Recreational fishing licences are issued through the jccsmart.com.
Those who have held an recreational fishing license in the last 3 years can proceed directly to the issuance of the license through the jccsmart.com.

After the evaluation of the applications, those who are approved will be informed by the THW TO proceed with the payment of their license through jccsmart.com
