The Municipality of Pafos is proceeding with the implementation of three more major redevelopment projects, with a total estimated cost of €9 million plus VAT, with the dawn of 2022.
Since December 3rd, the tenders that have been announced for the redevelopment works of the traditional core of the Anavargou district and the southern area of the traditional commercial centre of Pafos, with an estimated cost of €5.4 million plus VAT and a duration of 12 months of execution of works, as well as the Tender for the redevelopment project of Panagia Theoskepasti Square and surrounding streets to the Almyra Hotel in Kato Paphos, with an estimated cost of €3.6 million plus VAT and duration of execution of works 12 months.
The tender documents are posted in the electronic system of the Treasury of the Republic. Tenders must be submitted by Monday, January 17, 2022 at 12.00 noon, says an announcement by the Municipality of Pafos.
