A landslide of soil and stones has occurred on the Pafos - Limassol motorway, in the direction to Limassol, in the section just before the airbridge near Paramali, while at the same time, due to heavy rainfall, at various points on the Pafos - Limassol motorway, especially in the area of Ypsonas, there is a flow and accumulation of water, resulting in the road surface being dangerously slippery.
Heavy rainfall and strong winds are also observed in the district of Larnaka, without however any particular problems in the road network of the province.
Apart from the rainy weather conditions prevailing throughout Cyprus, the rest of the road network does not present any particular problems around 10.00 on Sunday morning, while the roads leading to Troodos, from Nicosia and Limassol, are open to all vehicles.
