INVOICES FOR RATES/REFUSE COLLECTION AND LOCAL IMMOVABLE PROPERTY TAX
Please note that invoices have been issued and, post permitting, they should have been received or will be with you very shortly.
As in previous years, payment can be made on JCC Smart [remember that Tala Council comes under Koinotiko Symvoulio Talas - best to click on the heart symbol so this is saved as a favourite to make life easier]. Favourites are then found by clicking your name at the top of the JCC page, then favourites.
Payment can also be made at the council office, or by phone to the council office using your credit card. Payments can also be made through the bank accounts listed on the invoice[s].
Payment please should be made by 27 December 2021 for the rates to avoid any penalties. For the local immovable property tax by 13 December 2021.
On JCC Smart, please remember there are 3 categories of tax - Bill payment [rates and refuse], Waterboard [water] and Property Tax [Local immovable property tax].
