A problem with call handling has arisen with the COVID-19 Call Center, 1474,with the Deputy Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digital Policy informing that this is happening due to a technical problem.
As stated in the announcement of the Deputy Ministry of Innovation, calls that cannot be handled are recorded and the Service Center will contact the citizens as soon as possible.
Alternatively, citizens can send their request via email to the covid19@dmrid.gov.cy.
