Analysis of the course of vaccinations in Cyprus is published by the Ministry of Health.
According to the data up to 9 August, "the percentage of fully vaccinated (18+) has reached 68.5% and we are approaching the target of 70% of citizens who will be fully vaccinated," says the Ministry of Health.
The percentage of adults vaccinated at least with the 1st dose is 75.8%.
Vaccination coverage in 16-17 year olds reached 30.9% with at least the 1st dose and the percentage of fully vaccinated in this age group is 19.3%.
In younger children whose vaccination began on 2 August, the rate is 6.1% with the 1st dose.
