Following publications concerning the organisation of concerts, the Ministry of Health recalls that, in accordance with Article 4 of Decree No. 32, dated 30 July 2021, 'mass events, gatherings, demonstrations, parades, concerts, festivals, in public or private places, with the exception of events, for which guidelines are issued by the Ministry of Health are prohibited'.
The Ministry of Health, given the epidemiological situation in our country, the increased hospitalizations observed due to the most contagious mutation delta of the coronavirus, as well as the vaccination coverage of the population to date, cannot at this time grant any approval based on guidelines for the conduct of concerts and festivals, in public or private places.
