Continuing with commitment to the objective of vaccination shielding against COVID-19 as large a percentage of the population as possible and with the aim of facilitating vaccination in Cyprus with the 2nd dose of citizens who have received the 1st dose abroad, the Ministry of Health initially informs that the beneficiaries are only those who fall into the following categories :
Requests for appointments for the 2nd instalment in Cyprus can be submitted either by telephone via 1474 or by sending an e-mail to covid19@dmrid. gov. cy. In this communication, it is necessary to submit all the following information:
- Name
- No. proof of identification (identity, passport, Foreigner Registration Card)
- Date of birth
- Date of administration of the 1st dose
- Type of vaccine
- No. contact phone
- E-mail address
- Province of residence
Appointments are granted within a very short period of time after the request has been made, so requests should be made after the arrival of the citizen concerned in Cyprus.
