CORONAVIRUS VACCINE
It is recommended that you check your GESY record [under Medical Profile - Other medical profile information] to see if the fact that you have received the vaccine has been logged.
If the vaccine is not shown on your record, please contact your GP, preferably by email, detailing your full name, your ID no [starting 05 or 5] and details of the vaccine as shown on your vaccine card [ie type, dose reference[s] and date[s]. Alternatively, please drop off a copy of the card at your GPs surgery.
Your GP will be able to update your record so that the information is shown on your record. You cannot input this information onto your record yourself.
Please note that the information will be stored under Medical Profile - Other Medical profile information. For some reason they cannot show the covid vaccine under Vaccine!
