With the restart of the economy, most catering companies are restarting tomorrow in the port of Kato Paphos. Along with them, in the picturesque harbour, the new pelican will be unveiled.
Along with the people of the restaurant to which the pelican belongs, Pelican Restaurant, will appear tomorrow and the familiar figure of the pelican. Only this time it will be the latest "version", since as revealed since April 21st the "F", the... original Cocos regrettably died due to old age.
Pelican's owner, Andros Papiris, had however taken care of the acquisition of a newer pelican who was trained to take on the heavy burden of the "brand" not only of the company, but of the entire port. And who will also bear the same, heavy name as his predecessor.
The official first appearance of the new Cocos will take place tomorrow, with the reopening of the restaurant.
