The election to the House of Representatives of Charalambos Pazar and Valentine Fakonte will cause domino changes in both municipal authorities of Paphos province. The two newly elected members are known municipal councillors of Paphos and Geroskipou respectively, which means that from today the procedures are being initiated to replace them and to take over the position of municipal councillors from the runners-up in the last municipal elections.
In the Municipality of Paphos Charalambos Pazaros will be replaced by Christakis Neophytou, who was the first runner-up of the DISY in the last elections for Local Government. A similar process will be promoted in AKEL Geroskipou, to replace the new MP Paphos of the party in the Municipal Council of Geroskipou. Kyriakos Andreou will now be the party's new municipal councillor.
