The Vaccination Portal opens tonight for people aged 64-70 As part of the National Vaccination Plan against COVID-19 and to achieve the goal of rapid vaccination of the population, the Ministry of Health is moving forward again giving the opportunity to the citizens of the age group 64-70 to schedule their appointment. More specifically, from today, April 30, at 8 pm until tomorrow, May 1, at 8 pm, people aged 64-70 will have access to the Vaccination Portal. It is noted that they will be added to those appointments that are not exhausted from today's opening, appointments for vaccination with the AstraZeneca vaccine. Citizens in the 64-70 age group are encouraged to schedule their appointments so that they can be vaccinated as soon as possible, protecting themselves from serious illness and hospitalization. Until yesterday, a total of 278,770 vaccinations were given (31.7 doses per 100 inhabitants). According to data published by the ECDC, the 209,285 people who received the first dose accounted for 27.9%, a higher percentage than the EU total (27.2%).
