According to information from the Ministry of Health, the reason for this practice, in addition to the technical issue that has arisen, is to develop the vaccination coverage of the population and to give younger ages the opportunity to proceed with vaccination.
At the same time, it takes into account the fact that older people already had several opportunities to arrange appointments. For example, a 70-year-old person was allowed 5 times to schedule priority appointments with their age group, then with 69+, 67+, 66+, 64+ and 61+.
Citizens who have priority access to the Portal are therefore encouraged to plan their vaccination with the available vaccines.
