At better levels is the number of messages that are rejected since 8998 than in the early days of lockdown.
According to the information, from the Ministry of Innovation, there are three reasons why the system does not approve the messages:
The citizen exceeds the number of messages during the day (2 messages per 24 hours)
Do not fall within the operating hours of the system (i.e. after 9 p.m.)
The structure of the message (wrong number)
Asked by Filenews whether or not the system approves messages just before the evening curfew, a State Department source said that if a citizen wants to go to a kiosk or bakery and is only a few minutes from home, he will be able to do so and 8998 will approve it. However, he should be back at home before the ban.
It should be noted that, according to the data released by the Ministry of Innovation, the messages in 8998 were quite elevated on Sunday, after surpassing 423,000 messages. The most popular option was again the number 2 to go to a store to buy or supply essential goods/services, including take away, while second comes option six for physical exercise or individual sport, limited to places where access is allowed, on Sunday exceeded 116,000.
