PAYMENTS TO THE ELECTRICITY AUTHORITY

As part of the latest cabinet decisions to tackle the pandemic, EAC Supply informs consumers that its Customer Service Centres continue to operate by implementing all health protection measures.

EAC Commission encourages its customers to be served and to pay their bills electronically or by telephone from the comfort and security of their own space. The EAC website www.eac.com.cy contact numbers, e-mail addresses and fax numbers of the Regional Procurement Offices are posted. In addition, for anything related to the accounts of EAC Supply customers, call centre 1818 is available to the public.

Account payments can be made in the following ways:

• Online using a credit or debit card

• Through EAC's website www.eac.com.cy

• Through the free EAC Mobile App

• Through the websites of banking institutions

• By telephone communication with JEPs

• Via Direct Debit Banking Order

In cases where customers are unable to be served electronically or by telephone, EAC Supply JEPs shall remain open with full application of the specific protection protocols. Special protective dividers have been installed at all JEPs at points of contact with the public. The safety distance of 2 meters, as well as the maximum number of people who can be in the area at the same time, are meticulously observed, according to the requirement for 1 person per 10 sq.m.
